Travel advice – reservation

Whether you are interested in travel advice or booking a fully organised trip, Heart of India Travel charges €100 for the detailed advice in which you can express all your wishes. In both cases, the €100 for the advice will be deducted from the travel sum if you book your trip via Heart of India Travel.

Travel Advice: After you have requested detailed travel advice and organized your unique trip, we will send you a payment request for €100. As soon as we have received the amount, the advice can take place. This amount will eventually be deducted if you choose to fully use the services of Heart of India Travel to organize your dream trip.

Please always mention the invoice number when making your payment.

Cancellation of trip

If you have to cancel your trip after booking, cancellation fees will be charged according to the following conditions:

In case of cancellation up to 60 days before the departure date, 25% of the total amount of the trip will be charged.
If the cancellation takes place between 30 and 60 days before departure, 50% of the total travel amount will be charged.
In case of cancellation less than 15 days before departure, 100% of the total travel amount will be charged.

Internal flights or other non-refundable services will be billed in full regardless of the time of cancellation.

The €100 advisory fee also applies and is calculated in addition to the cancellation costs mentioned.

Financial protection: VZR Garant

In order to meet its statutory obligation to provide a guarantee, Heart of India Travel makes use of the guarantee scheme provided by VZR Garant (www.vzr-garant.nl/en). You can check that this is the case by visiting VZR Garant’s website and verifying that the organisation is listed as a participant. VZRGarant’s guarantee applies within the limits of its Guarantee Scheme (which can be found on VZR Garant’s website). The Guarantee Scheme specifies the exact (travel) offering to which VZR Garant’s guarantee applies and what the guarantee entails.
