Photography Tips

For a successful photography trip, here are some essential tips to keep in mind:

Lenses and Filters:
Bring a variety of lenses (e.g., a telephoto lens for wildlife and distant portraits, a wide-angle lens for landscapes, and a macro lens for details), along with a fast main lens for street photography. Polarizing and ND filters are very useful for managing reflections and long exposures during daylight.

Tripod:
A tripod is essential, especially for low-light shots, landscapes, and portraits. There is enough space on the bus to carry your equipment, so don’t forget to bring one.

Accessories and SD Cards:

It’s wise to bring several extra SD cards so you never run out of storage for your photos. While accessories can be purchased in major cities, it often takes valuable time, so it’s better to bring them with you.

Equipment Rental:
You can rent accessories and gear in Mumbai and Delhi, but these options are often expensive and limited. Additionally, airlines usually allow 30–35 kg of luggage, so plan your packing carefully. Batteries, chargers, etc., are not allowed in checked baggage, so keep them in your carry-on.

Adapters:

Hotels in India provide compatible sockets, but it’s always advisable to bring one or two plug adapters.
