Today you’ll begin your adventure with a flight from your home airport to Delhi, the capital of India.
Upon arrival at the airport you will be met by your English speaking driver and taken to your comfortable 4 star hotel near the airport. Day at leisure. If you have the energy, our driver is ready to show you around Delhi.
After breakfast, get ready for the journey to Alwar, a city nestled in the beautiful Aravalli Hills and known for its rich Maharaja history.
Upon arrival in Alwar, visit the Alwar Fort and Bala Quila to admire the impressive architecture and historical sights.
Next, travel to the picturesque village of Ajabgarh, nestled in the Aravalli Hills. Take a walk through the village that is home to several historical sites, including ruins of ancient forts and temples. The architecture tells stories of the bygone era and offers a fascinating glimpse into local history.
You continue to Abhaneri famous for its beautiful stepwells and historical architecture where you stay in a 4 star heritage hotel.

After breakfast, visit the 9th century Chand Baori, one of the largest and deepest stepwells in India, with its impressive steps leading down to the water.
Next, drive to the legendary Bhangarh Fort, famous for its mysterious history and beautiful architecture. Situated in a picturesque location at the foothills of the Aravalli Hills, this fort is one of the most haunted places in India. The fort is known for its legends and stories about the ghost of a princess, which adds to the mystique of this place. Don’t forget to capture the panoramic views of the surrounding hills and forests; the beauty of the landscape is breathtaking.
After visiting Bhangarh Fort, continue to nearby Bhangarh, a small village known for its tranquility and picturesque surroundings. Here, enjoy a leisurely stroll through the streets and admire the traditional Rajasthani architecture. Return to your hotel in the late afternoon.

After breakfast, get ready for a scenic drive to Samod. First, drive to Lali, a small village known for its peaceful environment and traditional lifestyle. Here, you will have the opportunity to take a walk and enjoy the beautiful countryside scenes. Then, head to the small town of Chomu for a short stop, after which you will continue to Samod. Upon arrival, check in to your cozy homestay.
For dinner you have the option to reserve a table at the beautiful Samode Palace, where you can enjoy an unforgettable culinary experience.
Before breakfast, you will have the opportunity to take a walk through the picturesque village. The drive to Kishangarh takes you to this sleepy town, located about 27 km from Ajmer. Founded by Kishan Singh, a Rathore prince, in the seventeenth century, Kishangarh has a rich history and unique cultural heritage.
Upon arrival in Kishangarh, check in to your 3 star hotel. This city is a treasure trove of arts and crafts and is famous for its miniature paintings. Kishangarh claims one of India’s most important schools of this art, founded in the 18th century. One of the most famous paintings representing this school is that of Radha, Krishna’s consort, depicted as an exceptionally beautiful woman with mesmerizing almond-shaped eyes.
After check-in, visit the local miniature painting school where you will learn more about this beautiful art form.
Later in the afternoon, take a short excursion to Pushkar, a 25-minute drive away. Upon arrival, explore the holy town that surrounds the lake of the same name. Pushkar is famous for its spiritual significance and unique atmosphere.
You will visit the Brahma Temple, one of the few temples in the world dedicated to this deity. Just before sunset, you will descend to the main ghat of the sacred Pushkar Lake. Here you will enjoy a mesmerizing sunset, together with the locals. As the sun sets, the 52 ghats around the lake are illuminated, and you will be surrounded by the rhythmic drumming that makes the atmosphere even more magical.
Today you will start with a short exploration of Kishangarh, a town known for its wholesale market of red chillies, marble and granite cutting mills, and cotton weaving mills. Kishangarh’s handicrafts have gained international fame, and you will have the chance to visit a traditional bazaar. Here you can soak up the lively atmosphere and admire local products and handicrafts.
After this discovery tour, you will enjoy a delicious breakfast, after which you will continue your journey to Barli. This charming village offers a relaxed atmosphere and beautiful views. Upon arrival, you will check in at the imposing Barli Fort, located on a strategic hilltop.
You will be welcomed by the hospitable Maharadja family, who will welcome you with open arms. They will be happy to share the rich history of the fort and tell you about the traditions and culture of the region.
In the evening you can enjoy a delicious dinner at the hotel.
Today is all about relaxation. After breakfast, you can optionally join a relaxing bullock cart ride through the picturesque village of Barli during the morning. This unique experience offers you the chance to see local life up close and enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings.

After breakfast, depart for Bundi, known for its rich history, beautiful architecture and unique paintings. There are about 50 stepwells (bawaris) in the town. These historical water reservoirs vary in size and architecture and are scattered throughout the town and surrounding areas, testifying to the ingenious water management systems developed by the local people in the past.
In the afternoon, visit the impressive Bundi Palace with its beautiful paintings in the Chitrashala, considered some of the best in the world.
Stroll through the village and visit the Rani Jiki Barol stepwell, which is a beautiful example of Hindu and Jain architecture. Enjoy a delicious Chai made with buffalo milk with Krishna tea, Tilak Chock.
After breakfast, you will depart for Rawla Khera, an authentic Rajput village in the Hadoti region of Rajasthan. You will stay in a guesthouse built in authentic Rajasthani style.
This afternoon, take a guided walk through the picturesque streets of Rawla Khera, where you can admire the characteristic mud houses with decorative mandana motifs and thatched roofs. These traditional dwellings are not only beautiful but also ingeniously designed to naturally regulate the temperature.
The hospitable locals are happy to share their traditions and techniques. During the walk, you will visit the temples and step wells (baoris) of the village, where you will learn more about the spirituality and history of the region. Also explore the ruins of old palaces that bear witness to the glorious past of the Rajput culture.

After breakfast you will depart for a jeep safari through the surrounding villages. This is a great opportunity to experience the local life and beautiful nature of the Hadoti region.
After the safari you will return to the guesthouse for a cooking class. Learn to prepare authentic Rajasthani dishes with fresh ingredients from the vegetable garden. Enjoy the delicious meal that you have made yourself.
After breakfast, depart for Chittorgarh. Time stands still in this enchanting setting, allowing you to immerse yourself in the beauty of nature and the rich heritage of the region. Chittorgarh and its surroundings offer a glimpse into the harmonious coexistence of tradition, simplicity and the natural wonders that make Rajasthan an extraordinary destination to explore.
En route, stop at the charming village of Bassi, famous for its historic forts, temples and artistic wood carvings. Explore the local crafts and soak up the atmosphere of this traditional village.
Upon arrival in Chittorgarh, check in to your charming guesthouse in the centre of the old village.
After breakfast, visit the impressive Chittorgarh Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site famous for its rich history and majestic architecture. The drive offers magnificent views of the surrounding landscape. Explore the vast fort complex, which spreads over 700 acres. Highlights include the Vijay Stambh (Tower of Victory). At the end of the afternoon you return to your guesthouse.
Today after breakfast you will go on a jeep safari to explore deeper into the interior of Chittorgarh. The safari will take you through picturesque villages and lush fields, where you can observe local life up close.
In the afternoon you will have the opportunity to use the mountain bikes of the homestay and explore the area. Take a bike and cycle through the picturesque fields, where you will be surrounded by the natural beauty of the landscape.
After an early breakfast, head to Chanoud. After a scenic drive, arrive in charming Chanoud, a hidden gem between Jodhpur and Udaipur. Upon arrival, admire the magnificent Chanoud Garh, a 300-year-old palace that exudes grandeur with its intricate filigree work and vibrant murals, and take a guided walk through the village. Pass historic temples, the local school, and the shops of artisans who handcraft each item, following in the footsteps of their ancestors. Along the way, you may encounter the Rabaris, known for their colorful clothing, jewelry, and crafts.
After the walk you will enjoy an extensive lunch in the beautiful palace hotel where you will spend the night.
Visit the peaceful Chanoud Lake in the late afternoon. Enjoy the serene setting and panoramic views of the salt pans and vast fields. This is the perfect place to relax and take in the beauty of the countryside.

Upon arrival at Ahore, the serene atmosphere welcomes you. After checking in to your homestay, start your exploration with a visit to the Mahadev Temple, famous for its beautiful architecture and spiritual ambiance. Take your time to admire the details of the temple and observe the local pilgrims.
Continue your walk to the beautiful Brahmin Havelis in the city. These traditional homes are a beautiful example of Rajasthani architecture and tell the story of local history and culture. Stroll through the narrow streets and enjoy the colorful details and the welcoming atmosphere.

Today you have a long journey ahead of you to Jaisalmer, also known as the golden city. You leave after breakfast towards Jaisalmer where you arrive in the afternoon. Check in at the atmospheric heritage hotel and relax at the pool.
After breakfast, visit the imposing Jaisalmer Fort, also known as Sonar Quila or the Golden Fort. This UNESCO World Heritage Site is a vibrant fort with narrow streets, colorful markets and beautiful havelis. Visit the Raj Mahal and the various temples within the fort. After this, walk to the Patwon Ki Haveli, an impressive example of Jaisalmer architecture with beautiful wood carvings and detailed murals.
In the afternoon, depart for the beautiful Sam Sand Dunes, located approximately 40 km from Jaisalmer. Enjoy the drive through the desert landscape and arrive at the dunes before the sun sets. Upon arrival at the dunes, hop on a camel for an unforgettable ride as the sun slowly sets. As you ride over the golden sand dunes, enjoy the spectacular view of the setting sun, which paints the sky in warm shades of orange and red. This is a perfect moment for photos and to enjoy the serene desert surroundings.
This morning you will leave very early for Bikaner with its remarkable sights.
Early afternoon arrive in Bikaner and head to Kote Gate to explore the market. Enjoy the vibrant street life, local vendors and colorful array of products on display.
You will visit the Rampuria Haveli, nestled in the heart of the enchanting city. The haveli is an architectural masterpiece, this iconic structure was commissioned by the wealthy and influential Rampuria family, who were prominent traders in Bikaner.
And if there is time left, visit Junagarh Fort to admire the stunning architecture and intricate details of this majestic structure.
You will be staying in a charming 3 star hotel.
You will have breakfast at the hotel and then leave for Lalgarh Palace with its beautiful mix of Rajput, Mughal and European architectural styles.
Then you will head towards Deshnok. You will explore the temple dedicated to Karni Mata, the goddess of rats. This place is famous for its thousands of rats that are considered sacred here. The rats are cherished and protected, and it is an honor to see them. Many visitors make offerings and ask for blessings while watching the rats roam freely. The temple itself is beautifully decorated with fine carvings and beautiful frescoes. Pay special attention to the silver and gold details that reflect the wealth and devotion of the worshippers. After breakfast, depart for Mandawa. En route, stopover at Nawalgarh, a town famous for its picturesque havelis and rich artistic heritage.
Upon arrival in Nawalgarh, you will be welcomed by a guide who will take you on a fascinating tour of the city. You will start with a visit to some of the most prominent havelis, such as the Anandilal Poddar Haveli, known for its stunning frescoes depicting mythological scenes and daily life. Next, you will visit the Aath Haveli, which is famous for its detailed architecture and vibrant colors.
The guide will tell you about the history of these havelis and the artistic tradition of the Shekhawati region, known as the “open art gallery of Rajasthan.” As you walk through the streets, you will see frescoes that reflect the past, including images of steam locomotives symbolizing British influence.
In the afternoon you will arrive in Mandawa. Upon arrival in this charming town you will check in to your 3 star accommodation and have some time to relax.
After a short break, you will set off again with a guide for a tour this time of Mandawa, the famous “Open Air Art Gallery of Rajasthan.” You will explore the colorful havelis, painted mainly in vibrant hues such as blue, maroon, yellow-green and indigo.
After an early breakfast, depart for Lohargal, an important pilgrimage site in Rajasthan. Upon arrival, you will immediately feel the serene atmosphere of this holy place. Here you will find a beautiful temple dedicated to the sun god, where pilgrims gather to pay their respects.
The holy pool at Lohargal attracts many visitors who come to wash away their sins and strengthen their spiritual connection. Take some time to enjoy the tranquility and unique ambiance of this place.
If time permits, take a short drive to Kiroriji, a few kilometres from Lohargal. This place is particularly important for the Shraddha rituals, which are performed in memory of departed family members.
After exploring Lohargal and Kiroriji proceed to Fatehpur, a city known for its abundance of havelis. Upon arrival you will find that Fatehpur is a treasure trove of beautiful architecture and culture.
Wander through the city, where you will discover over 100 havelis, each with their own unique features and stories. A highlight of your visit is the Haveli of Nadine le Prince, a beautifully restored example of local architecture. Famous for its art and decorations, this haveli offers a fascinating glimpse into the lifestyle of the wealthy merchant families of the past.
During the day you will be transferred to Delhi airport for your flight back home (depending on the flight time you may also make a short visit to one of the sights in Delhi).
